Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of resale and single-item products, all sales are carefully handled and most items are one-of-one pieces.

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Because most of our items are unique resale pieces, we ask that you review product photos, sizing, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
However, issues such as damage or items not as described must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return, contact us with your order number and clear photos (if applicable).

If approved, the item must be returned in the exact same condition it was received, unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging.

Because items are single-piece resale products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
